Crown Bench Estates has been named Canada's Most Innovative Winery. In addition to our Premium red and white wines, we have created flavoured wines made from our concentrated, cold-harvested Vidal juice.
We have infused and blended the intensely sweet wines with all natural, local and organic sourced fresh ingredients.
All of our creations are a must for any well-stocked bar.
Crown Bench Verjus Sour
2 oz whisky
1 oz Crown Bench Verjus (Pinot, Merlot or Vidal )
combine and shake well over ice garnish with fruit & maraschino cherry & orange slice
Iced Russian
11/2 oz vodka
1 oz Ambrosia (Chocolate Ice)
combine with cracked ice, shake well serve
Raspberry or Blueberry Daiquiri
11/2 oz light rum
1 oz raspberry or Blueberry Ice
combine in a blender with cracked ice
blend until smooth
pour in a rimmed glass
garnish with fresh blueberries or raspberries
Chocolate Icicle
2 oz Ambrosia (Chocolate Ice)
1 oz white rum
1 Tbsp cracked ice
2 oz Altair (Maple Ice)
pour Chocolate Ice, rum and ice in a shaker, shake vigorously add Maple Ice
shake gently pour into glass, garnish with chocolate curls
Icetini
Any of our flavoured wines can be made into a unique and flavourful Icetini. 2 oz vodka 1 oz flavoured Crown Bench specialty wine (Hot Ice, Chocolate Ice, Raspberry, Blueberry, Cranberry Ice, Vanilla Ice)
shake, pour over ice.
Iced Cosmos
1 oz vodka
1 oz Cranberry Ice
shake with ice and serve
Perky Peach Martini
1 oz vodka
1 oz Hot Ice
2 oz Perky Peach Salad dressing
shake well and pour over ice
garnish with a Fireball or peach skewer. |
